Please print both pages, fill out everything in BLUE, and sign the back. Bring the application in to our office with a copy of your driver's license, and first month's rent. Please note: This office does NOT carry any change. Please bring exact change if bringing in cash.
All checks/money orders must be made out to PFRE (Perfect Fit Real Estate)
Please note: Our office requires a 30 day WRITTEN NOTICE if you're planning on vacating the unit. If we do not receive that notice, you are required to pay rent on the unit until notice is received.
